My experience was very pleasant. The Dr(s) and staff were very pleasant and professional. My family's glasses were completed before the quoted time and my contacts arrived at my home within days. I highly recommend them.
We like 100% the Dr. but the people that work for her just have 0 % of customer service they don't care or make any effort to keep the customers coming to the office they will make the Dr. to close her business for sure if she doesn't pay attention, we talk to her about the concern, she said that some of the bad apples were not longer there but 2017 visit to the office was the same service... we are done, family of 4 with glasses and regular check out every year we are taking the business to another place.
Love Dr Krupa and the staff. Especially tara who picked out the perfect glasses the first try.
Great selection of name brand sunglasses and glasses. Love the optometrist. Tara was great!She helped me pick out my sunglasses in under 5 mins! Very helpful and friendly. Will recommend to all my friends and or family.
