First of all, this office is not a pediatric ophthalmology practice, which was what I was originally seeking. When I arrived for my previous appointment, the front desk staff did not greet me but instead told me that I had missed my appointment. A moment later, she realized her mistake and apologized. The office staff created a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, and Oksana was incredibly helpful in guiding us to choose the perfect glass frames. Our glasses are spot-on, and we couldn’t be happier.
