Dr Reccomended Had a great experience! I just had Lasik and all went well. The doctor was very confident and easy to understand, his experience shows. Staff was very professional and friendly, they showed they care. The office was nice, elegant and very clean, they even have hand sanitizer for patients. They are hidden away and located in the new medical area of Richardson off Bush and Renner. I got referred here from my regular doctor for eye exam, I see why he refers to them.
Dirt in my sons eye My 6 year old son had his eye red for a few days and was rubbing the eye all the time. We took him in for a prescription for allergies and the doctor discovered he had a little piece of dirt in the inside of his eyelid. He put some drops and told us that he would take the dirt out of his eye and he did. He was very confident and explained that it was something he picked up while playing outside in the yard. He prescribed some medicine which was expensive but what he needed and his eye is much better now. ... read more
Like family Frankly I am not amazed to find no negative comments whatsoever about these people. My experience has been that I always receive great care from the most competent and friendly people. Wendy, has been there since my children were in kindergarten they are in High school now. I speak only of my experience of many years. I once had a piece of metal in the eye and was removed by Dr Gonzales and on another occasion my son had a really bad infection that his pediatrician could not cure and Dr Gonzales cured it. everyone was smiling even me The staff is caring, friendly, and knowledgeable. The place was busy but everyone had a smile. They explained everything and made sure that I was comfortable and knew what what was like going on. The doctor was very nice friendly knowledgeable but didn't talk in doctor talk, ya know, and was very professional. I feel like they really care about my eye health and vision. I will be going back tot hem.

Nice! I have been going to this office for about 2 years now and can honestly say that it is probably the best place to go. Dr. Gonzalez and Dr Joung have always been very professional and does a much more thorough exam than other places I use to go to. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.â
accomplished, high expectations I have been going to Eye Vision since I started working in Richardson. I prefer working with places that aren't chains and are supervised directly with the owner. Better than Walmart I had a very good experience here. I had an eye exam at Lenscrafters in Collin Creek and didnt like it and went to Walmart vision and in both cases I was concerned about how quick I was in and out the door and even the doctor at Lenscrafters told me I needed three pairs of glasses. I have been seeing Dr. Gonzales for the past ten years. Ever since he left the clinic has been a disaster. They have been charging extra for everything they do. The doctor has no idea what hes talking about. I changed my eye doctor to another one and I wanted them to release my record. They charged me 25 dollars even if I wanted a copy of my record.
