We have been patients since 2001...never a problem. Staff is great.
I went in with the glasses I purchased a little over a year ago. After going to an opthamologist, I showed her my glasses that had identical cracks on each lens but the right one progressed farther down the middle in the last month and a half that slightly interferes with my sight. She informed me they were stress fractures from EYE TO EYE person putting lenses that were too big into my frames. Worst place ever , made my glasses 4 times and they still didn't do it right . Gave up . Lost $500.00 . Stay away .
Well, even though others on here may have had bad service from E to E Vision, I can't say that. The service I received was excellent! Check up went well and I had my glasses in about 3-4 days. No I do not work for them, I'm not getting any perks. I have my own companies, thank you! This place is the worst it should not be open the service is terrible you got a bunch of girls smiling at you and tell you they would take care of everything when nothing is getting taken care of I been waiting 3 months now for my glasses i still do not have them. And they do not give refunds. I do not recommend this place to anybody.
upstairs has frames for over 100 dollars cheaper for the same exact pairs i was wondering why i couldn't find anything at this place. also when i went to a different store when i found designer frames at a much cheaper price my insurance wouldnt go through, eye med told me it was bc eye to eye charged me 130 for frames i didnt purchase!! i purchased nothing from eye to eye and they tried to take my money.these people are about their pockets only
