Had my vision exam a couple of months ago, and now I'm ready to order my glasses. Except, there's ABSOLUTELY NO WAY to contact anybody from the store because of COVID! Listen, I'm a healthcare provider, I get that we're all sacrificing for the lockdown. But to not even be able to speak to someone to either A. order my glasses or B. get my prescription so I can order my glasses elsewhere is absolutely absurd! Come on, Eye to Eye, you have to do better than this...
Worker here is a blatent racist and supports racist members of city council. Also very Anti-Police. She is employed by the company which means her employer most likely supports her views.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the store is clean. Picked out 2 pairs of glasses one month ago. Still haven’t gotten them in. I have called several times only to be told that my insurance provider is very behind...something they should have forewarned about when I first came in. One pair was sunglasses. If I hadn’t continually called, I wouldn’t have known the lenses were in. They couldn’t even then tell me that I needed to come in when a technician was there so they can fit the lenses to the frame. Caitlin is a lovely person to work with. She was patient and since I wasn't finding anything I liked, she went in the back to see what was in storage. We found something. Kudos to her!
I’ve been coming to here for many years, I can only say that my experience with the staff from the moment I enter has been nothing but pleasurable. It can get quite busy, even then the staff manages to get you in and out without a hiccup. Special kudos to Courtney whom always greets me and makes me feel at home. On my last visit I didn’t make an appointment and I was still able to be seen, without a long wait!! 🤓♥️
Just spoke with a young lady named Jessica. The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had. I need a breakdown of my insurance and my insurance company told me to call my eye care provider. I got glasses from eye to eye in January. She kept being a totally rude and disgustingly disrespectful woman and continued to talk Over me. I will never go here again. Pushy, rude and disgraceful !
I had a great experience all around I got an appt right away, no wait time, great vision exam, help with picking out frames and only took a few days to get my glasses. They even took my insurance! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
