dr cromer is the most hateful, unprofessional ive ever had. exam was very short and i had to go back to get prescription fixed, then they dropped me as a client and the secretary refused to give updated prescription to the glasses an contact costco associate. they would not allow me to buy updated contacts, only gave a refund for wrong ones. they basically stole my money and time and peace of mind and now i have to pay for another exam. i regret terribly going here. my error was just calling her miss cromer, instead of dr.
I went to get my eyes tested after a horrible experience at another optometrist. Dr. DanNhi Cromer was amazing, she listened to everything I said, took her time to explain everything to me and kept me informed during the whole process. And I didn't feel rushed during my appointment. My prescription is spot on and my vision is so clear now. Thank you. We decided on my contact lense that will be the best for me and they feel great. Dr. Comer and her staff were very friendly and helpful. They even went out of their way to fit me into their busy schedule without a prior appointment, so they saved me another hour trip! Will definitely be ordering more pairs of glasses from them!
