This will be the last year that I get my glasses and contacts from this establishment. Currently been waiting for over 10 mins on the phone...just called to see if my glasses were going to be ready today since I will be in the area. When the lady answered she wouldn't even let me finish what I was saying. Called back only for them to tell me that there was a problem with my insurance and that it wouldn't go through- I don't understand why I HAD TO CALL THEM??
