I actually really like my doctor, Dr. Ransberger. However, their appointment desk is inefficient. Kelly M. is both rude and condescending. I observed ALL of their "rules" and even though they made an error, they would not try to work me into the schedule, offered me an appointment six weeks from now and would not release my prescription (so that I could get emergency lenses) and are making me wait 10 days for my records. HORRIBLE customer service.
