Don't know who paid some of the other reviewers, but our experience with Dr. Dennison's staff was a nightmare! After paying nearly $1000 for contacts & glasses, now can't even get courtesy or help. Contact Office Manager rude and not supportive. Don't know what Dr. Dennison would think since she won't get him involved or even ask him the questions. There are other choices in town..... Choose one of them! I know that's what we are going to do.
Everyone from receptionist to nurse's were very pleasant very organized love it dr. Boone was the best I would go back again
I've been seeing Dr. Ransburger for many years now. I followed her from her private practice to ESM. She's the best! Very caring, always makes me feel comfortable and she sees that I leave with my correct contact lens prescription. I've also been a surgical patient of Dr. Boone and Dr. Bianco and both have gone above and beyond to make sure my eyes were as healthy as they could be. Customer service for me has been fine. Love Dr. Smith
I don't even want to give this place 1 star! The doctors are great, but the past 3 times I have come here I've waited over 45min!! The staff is incredibly cold and customer service is non-existent! It's very frustrating when you leave your work early and leave your 12 week old with the babysitter!! I have had an exhausting week and to end it like this is incredibly disappointing!! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!
