Did not want to leave a bad review but I have been crying for an hour. My father is wheelchair and bed bound disabled. He only gets 15 wheel chair transport rides every year. I have to be diligent in choosing which dr is most important. All his dr including Dr Walter Wangs office have been pushing catarac surgery. My eye dr said he cannot get glasses until he gets catarac surgery. If I can put 0 stars I would. I was referred to this clinic for a really bad eye infection, Helen refused to give me an appointment saying the doctor is going to waste my time. Told me to call another number/location who doesn’t even accept my insurance. An eye doctor should be able to care for a patient for the entire eye not just cataract and glaucoma as she stated. I work in the healthcare field so I would know. Super unprofessional and continued to deny me an appointment. Would not recommend.

I was not the easiest person to operate on due to my eye max dilation level is significantly smaller than others and an another condition I have Thus, upon seeing him exhausted than usual after performing my eye surgery, I've felt sorry and much of the thanks

If you need RX refills… you had better start 2 wks ahead of running out. Dr Wang has left my husband as long as almost 2 wks waiting for refills. If you ask to talk with the office mngr… Helen will tell you “no, the mngr is too busy to talk with you “ ……..very VERY poor patient care. Literally total dereliction of duties. I can’t recommend this office.
