Jan took her time to assess my current new script by another Dr. in which was not long ago done. We found that they were far off and incorrect and Jan really gave me my confidence back to be able to see and she caught all the mistakes the previous eye place I was going to had done in my script. I've been here once before about 2-3 years ago. I'm POSITIVE they were NOT as inept as today. I arrived about 30 minutes early for my appt. I give Linda my ID and medical card. She asks for my referral. I'm thinking my eye dr's referral. She says no I need a global referral. Mind you I scheduled this appt over a week ago. So i should have been told this.
