My great grandson had a fever during the COVID time and per protocol they would not see him. The marked it as a canceled appointment and now they won't see him because his appointment wasn't canceled in a timely manner. Not professional. You have no heads up when your child is going to wake up with a fever. Why would you want to see a child running a fever even if it wasn't in the midst of COVID? Would not recommend the pediatric doctors.
Horrible customer service. They rarely return a message from the phone or patient portal. I saw three doctor’s there each one I saw once before they handed me off. I still have eye pain and double vision and all they care about is getting me the bill. Their add says they specialize in difficult cases, but they couldn’t dismiss me fast enough. They couldn’t care less about people. Very rude.
Doctors are great, if I good give no stars for there optical division I would. Trying to call and get insurance information to their employees is a joke. They don't know how to talk to customers or explain anything. Worst attitude and disrespectful demeanor to a paying customer. The audacity of them to say you have Medicaid sir, no I have insurance through my work that's why I'm calling. Will never give them a penny of my business.
In Dec 2014 and Jan 2015, I had cataract surgery with Dr. O'Malley. While he was checking my eyes during a follow-up visit, he asked me if I had any problems with my lungs. My reply was, "not that I know of". I am an ex-smoker and that question was stuck in the back of my mind. Fast forward to April 2017, I had surgery to remove a "highly suspicious spot" from my left lung. It was stage 1A lung cancer and was caught very early.
