My great grandson had a fever during the COVID time and per protocol they would not see him. The marked it as a canceled appointment and now they won't see him because his appointment wasn't canceled in a timely manner. Not professional. You have no heads up when your child is going to wake up with a fever. Why would you want to see a child running a fever even if it wasn't in the midst of COVID? Would not recommend the pediatric doctors.
Horrible customer service. They rarely return a message from the phone or patient portal. I saw three doctor’s there each one I saw once before they handed me off. I still have eye pain and double vision and all they care about is getting me the bill. Their add says they specialize in difficult cases, but they couldn’t dismiss me fast enough. They couldn’t care less about people. Very rude.
