I've been going to this place for 10+ years. They've treated me so well, also very nice and helpful. Gotten my glasses/frames/contacts here. While getting my contacts here, they were very patient while I struggled to put them on. I guess other people who have bad reviews don't understand the limited space and staffing to cater to 10+ people who actually schedule appointments. Womp Womp.

I simply called to ask about certain policies with my insurance and they were extremely rude and unprofessional. Basically yelling at me over the phone when I asked for clarification with my genuine questions.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I strongly caution anyone considering this optometrist — avoid!After years of taking my children here and tolerating frequent inconveniences and excessive out-of-pocket charges, I finally reached my limit. Trying to schedule an initial appointment for my youngest daughter turned into a nightmare. It took three separate attempts — and still no appointment.
