Horrible company - total rip off! They charge a lot of money and don't want to speak with you by phone and ask you communication only in writing. They send their investigators to the wrong place and charge for their error. Their explanation is that they have to pay their investigators so they are going to charge for the visit even though they didn't follow instructions and a clear error on their part.
