Cataract surgery was a success. One price for the testing, surgery, and all follow up appointments. The doctor didn’t hesitate to add another (included) follow up appointment when we had concerns. The waiting room had a kitchen stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks which was especially nice for the person driving and waiting.
Cataract surgeons and staff did great work. Follow-up care was by the amazing Dr Kirk. I am very happy with my results.
If I could give them a 0 I would. They gave me an appointment for the week after I called & one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. 1st is was 6AM...then we were told 9 AM then we were told 6 AM again. No one knows who I can talk to when I asked. They did not prepare me at all. I wouldn't go here if you paid me!!! The staff seems to be confused. If this is the service I recieve before hand I couldn't imagine what it would be like after the cataract surgery.
Outstanding! I love the fact they have drivers to pick you up from your house and will bring you back home. Don't have to worry about traffic or ask a friend to take off work to take you.
I cannot say enough good about this business! I had cataract surgery in both eyes this week and the patient care was outstanding! Everyone was cordial and so professional. I was nervous about eye surgery and they all worked to reassure me that I was in good hands. A big shout out to Dr. Lehman, Shultz, and Sharp! They were excellent!
