Excellent service and the best Eye doctor John Moy !!!!!
I have excellent doctors who are spread so thin, they don’t have time to turn around. My annual checkup last at least two hours. It's not easy for me or all the other seniors with health problems.
Love this place! Has always been on time with the appointments and have received courteous service.
3 hours and still waiting!! Horrible
Absolutely horrible customer service. Dr. Rudaitis 2pm appointment and still have not seen the doctor for my fathers eye exam. Walked up to front desk for an ETA update, Gina (employee) was sitting in front of me processing paperwork, she never looked up, never acknowledged my presence. Five minutes I stood there no acknowledgement, had to ask someone else for assistance. Not sure how this place stays in business???? All we heard were excuses, no apology. Waited for more than an hour for a 10 minute visit by a pompis doctor who I could tell was considering my pending surgery routine and didn't have the time of day for me and my concerns. THEN I get a $904.00 bill for 10 minutes of rudeness and 2 hours of MY time. Needless to say I will not be having the surgery done here. I was at their Barrington location though. Curious don't you think that none of the doctors names are here?
