I've had a extremely pleasant experience with the staff at the Eye Specialists & Surgeons of Northern Virginia. I have found the entire operation to be very organized, well-run, competent, and quite friendly. While there were several staff that served me well, only remember the names of two - Angel and Patrick. Both not only did their jobs quite professionally but were open to wide-ranging conversations that help reassure me as I went into surgery. Kudos to Dr. Josephson for finding and supporting exceptional staff.
My daughter had cataract surgery at Eye Specialists & Surgeons Of Northern Virginia on July 7. She had severe cataracts and could hardly see. Now, one day later, she has 2020 vision and can even read without reading glasses. Everyone at this facility was friendly and professional, from the people making the appointments to the technicians, measuring the eye, and especially Dr. Ong, the surgeon. We could not be happier. It was truly a miracle. The left eye will be done in two weeks.
The doctor was very nice and my appointments was quick.
