October, 2017 I had laser assisted cataract surgery and astigmatism treatment using the Symfony Lens. Have 20/20 vision now and couldn't be happier! Dr. Knauf is an excellent surgeon.
Optical dept failed to correctly measure, order, fit and check glasses ordered. I have worn glasses all of my life and have never been so disappointed with glasses and service. When glasses arrived and I could not see, I was told to try for two weeks. The glasses were not fitted to my ears or nose. I left with a pair of inadequate glasses. An independent optical company said lenses were made incorrectly and arms and bridge were misfitted. Very pleased with office staff, very pleasant and helpful, Dr Lusck and Dr Sheets are very knowegeable and have helped me greatly, both explain things to me in terms I can understand, Dr Boyce also is very professional. Very happy I was sent to this office.

The staff has always been very cordial, customer service oriented & very pleasant. I have not waited all that long for my appointment. Dr. Sheet is my physician he is amazing spends time with you, very thorough, very informative, asks if you have any concerns, answers your questions. So I will continue seeing him. The office manager is amazing as well. Although I have heard very negative things about the other physicians. I do not see them so I do not know. I give Dr. Sheets five stars. 😄

The worst. had to threaten to take my wife elsewhere. She had a 10:15 Appointment, we arrived 15 minutes early. The lobby was full maybe about 25 people. They way over booked, it took 2-1/2 hours to fulfil her appointment. Then the staff laughed at me when I complained. We will see if this happens again they will lose a patient.

We apologize for the inconvenience. The physician you had an appointment with had a minor emergency before arriving to the office on the day of your appointment and was put behind schedule. This is not a regular occurrence. We have multiple physicians seeing patients in a given day and although it may appear that we had overbooked, this is not the case. We will be addressing your other concerns.
