I have been wearing contacts for more than 40 years. I can honestly say that I have received the best examination and best contact lens fitting from Dr Boyce that I have ever received in all of those 40 years and crom any other doctor! She is thorough, professional, and has an amazing gift and talent for Ophthalmology. I have already recommended her to numerous people, and I'm proud to be picking up a new contact lens prescription for her today.
Whether the two female doctors we have seen know their stuff, it's almost irrelevant. They are rude in their communication, talking in a way that's condescending and unacceptable. Asked them to explain something and was told to read the trifold they handed me.
I'm really curious to know what part of "My mom is dead" don't you and your billing department not understand? Should I bring over her Urn? Stop trying to collect your $30 from Virginia K. Beam! She's dead. As in dead, dead, not coming back. As in Not paying her co-pay. Understand? Stop sending me, her daughter your bill. Period. Pathetic.
