Been going here for over 15 years. Always treated nice and with respect. All the people are professional and courteous.
I had a 230pm appointment on Wednesday and and i got out little before 5pm.... I was not happy about that at ALL.
Dr. Knauf is awesome. He did my Lacik surgery many years ago, a great job and most reciently my cataract surgery. Very pleased with it all.
Dr. Sheets performed my cataract surgery. He is very professional & I felt perfectly comfortable with him. If surgery can be a good experience, this was. It is probably more accurate to say it was a positive experience. Dr. Michelle Boyce is my doctor for regular exams. She is very personable & takes the time to throughly address my questions & concerns. Likewise, the technicians & assistants are very good also. Although this practice is a large one, I did NOT feel that I was "lost in the shuffle" or just another number.
Dr. Knauf gave me back my eye site and I'm so blessed to have him restore my eye site. His team got me ready and in approximately 15 min. I got to see very clear and colorful. Thank you Dr.Knauf I'm very satisfied of the work you did to my eyes
