October, 2017 I had laser assisted cataract surgery and astigmatism treatment using the Symfony Lens. Have 20/20 vision now and couldn't be happier! Dr. Knauf is an excellent surgeon.
Very pleased with office staff, very pleasant and helpful, Dr Lusck and Dr Sheets are very knowegeable and have helped me greatly, both explain things to me in terms I can understand, Dr Boyce also is very professional. Very happy I was sent to this office.
The staff has always been very cordial, customer service oriented & very pleasant. I have not waited all that long for my appointment. Dr. Sheet is my physician he is amazing spends time with you, very thorough, very informative, asks if you have any concerns, answers your questions. So I will continue seeing him. The office manager is amazing as well. Although I have heard very negative things about the other physicians. I do not see them so I do not know. I give Dr. Sheets five stars. 😄
The worst. had to threaten to take my wife elsewhere. She had a 10:15 Appointment, we arrived 15 minutes early. The lobby was full maybe about 25 people. They way over booked, it took 2-1/2 hours to fulfil her appointment. Then the staff laughed at me when I complained. We will see if this happens again they will lose a patient.
Great place. Very happy with all their services. I highly recommend dr. Sheets for cataract surgery excellent doctor..
