We have bought multiple pairs of glasses at Eye-Q vision for adults and kids. Its a great store and Susan is fantastic. She is helpful and has great taste in glasses. We will definitely buy more glasses here in the future!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I am appalled by the way I was treated by the manager at this location. After they ordered the wrong glasses, they refused to admit the error and were caught in a lie regarding the order. The level of rudeness I encountered was shocking. Instead of a simple apology and a fix, I was met with hostility. While the issue was eventually resolved, the stress and poor treatment I endured were completely unnecessary. I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid this establishment
Susan and the entire team at Eye‑Q Vision are truly exceptional. They’re friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and make the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. Their prices on frames and contact lenses are great, too. Most importantly, they gave me the best glasses I’ve ever owned.
