Need better bedside manners The office staff was friendly and the office itself was very clean. Dr. Zlatin was cold, impersonal and ignored me when I asked him a question about the glasses for my daughter. During the examination, it was as if he didn't want to touch me. While waiting at the counter to speak to him, a personal friend came in and he turned his back on us and started a personal conversation for about 15 minutes. The only eye doctors office I found that believes in stopping my childs nearsighted problems from getting worse. The exam was very comprehensive and their prices are right in line with the better products and service they have. If you need a good doctor that cares, this is the place. Plus their contacts are always discounted to match Walmart pricing or better with additional rebates (thats what I did and I compared the final cost and paid less here). Stopped using this place over a year ago as found we had to wait an excessive amount of time for contact lens delivery despite being assured they would arrive within a couple of days (approx 2 weeks). Decided to give it another try and ordered lenses from them - my son has now been without lenses for 2 weeks and counting....
