Great, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Birenbaum was very thorough, and the kind of doctor that actually explains what he's doing as he's spinning the dials and writing stuff down. I originally went in just for a regular exam, but he asked if I would be interested in contacts. I was hesitant because the contacts I have been fitted for in the past were irritating or I couldn't see clearly through them. Eye Pieces and Dr. Birenbaum are great! The doctor is very knowledgeable and experienced! Knew what he was talking about and most importantly made me feel like my eyes were in good hands. Melody is so sweet and the selection of eye wear is awesome!
Buyer Be Very Beware – Their eyes are solely on your wallet... High pressure sales after your eye exam to extract the most cash possible from you... Do not let them pressure you into a purchase. Very smooth, but operate like a bad car dealer in terms of tactics. Are sales are final at time of purchase, no refunds or service after the sale. Worst business practices that I have ever encountered. Try to overcharge me by $300+ to boot, which took a lot of effort to resolve. They are OK – I did not have the best experience as of late, but it does seem they are at least allowing me to get another RX and re-do the glasses.
place to go! – I wanted to find a place with a GREAT selection and I was pleasantly surprised with this find. My eye exam was pretty thourough and I usually have a hard time with my contacts. Dr Birenbaum is very patient....now I'm seeing better than I ever have. The Staff I'd have to say is the best asset! I am very picky, but Jen and Billie really helped me find the best eyewear...I've never had so many compliments! Thx Guys!
