Today I went for post surgery follow up & well greeted by staff members & answered all my questions with great patience thereafter my doctor Patel / Wong checked me & explained my surgery in details which went well.
The absolute best office in Scottsdale. Staff makes you feel so comfortable and make sure you understand the process. Haven’t met Dr Reiss yet but Dr S Gross is awesome.
The professionalism starts the moment you are greeted by the front desk staff and continues at a high level through the technicians. The personal care and expertise of Dr. Patel reassures you your diagnosis is being addressed with an effective treatment plan. Excellent practice.
I have been a patient of eye physicians and surgeons for at least 4 years and have always had excellent care from the staff and doctors and would highly recommend them to anyone needing eye care for what ever condition they might have..
