I don't like the fact that the individual who applied dilating drops into my eyes had touched my eye lids with her bare fingers. I did not see her wash her hands beforehand. Also the person who answers the phone to take appointments is somewhat rude. Asks about what my plan is, without stipulating if she is inquiring about Health Ins vs a Vision Plan. Got vision checked and ordered glasses. Glasses were less expensive than other places I have been. No wait to see doctor or for glasses. Have wide selection of frames.

I had a checkup with Dr. Simonton and he was very thorough and kind. The staff were all very friendly as well! Antonio was very helpful at helping me pick new glasses and fixing/cleaning my old ones! 5 stars all around!
I recently had my eye exam and needed new glasses; Antonio chose at least 30 options for me to try and helped me make the decision which pair to go with. Which glasses look best on a person is such a big decision since we wear them daily, and Antonio is priceless! Thanks for the great experience
