Very rushed. Wished they could have had better bedside manner and engaged in conversation. Not personable.
This practice is a mill churning out as many patients as possible without regard to customer service. With few exceptions, the staff act as if your call or visit is a burden to their souls. Expect to be there for two hours for a simple annual visit so you can renew your contact prescription. The actual doctor will spend 60-90 seconds with you. This is not an exaggeration.
