I have been going there for years and they are great.
Horrible customer service. Had to re order my frame and lenses. Re ordered around 12/28/2014 for an expected 2 week delivery. As of 1/26/2014 my order is not ready and not even a courtesy call. Going now into the 4th week of waiting. Dr. Tran, are you aware of this? Not worth even a star! A formal complaint to the BBB has been filed.
