My wife and I had our annual eye exams at Dr. Stum’s office. Everything was done in a timely manner. It was a pleasure dealing with Dr. Strum and the staff. We also went downstairs for our glasses purchase and everything went well there also.
I have been taking my mom to EMC for four years now. We were going once a month, now we go every three months. She sees Dr. Prescott and let me tell you he is wonderful! He is so patient and caring with my 84-year-old mother. Yes, on occasion we have had to wait for long periods of time but, if Dr. Prescott takes the time with all his patients that he takes with my mom I'm OK with waiting. Love, love this place. Everyone is so nice and caring. Dr Mendoza performed my eye surgery and he is wonderful. He is so great. He takes time with you and has a terrific "bedside" manner. A+ to every single employee.
Eye's starting having trouble last March.3 surgery's next appointment February. Doctors doing a great job,just hanging in ,for me I have patience because I would of went blind if I didn't have surgery's on both eyes. We do have a Good and yes pray and have patience with the Staff Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New year

The WORST experience that has happened to my wife yesterday and today at the downtown location. My daughter went In for a evaluation for her glasses and wasn't seen for almost FIVE HOURS by the lady and one of the men that work in the optical department. FIVE hours with my daughter thats at toddler age. Then after being seen yesterday after almost FIVE hours she returned this afternoon. ~ last visit was very troubling. We showed up a few minutes late and were accommodated. Then we began to wait. In total we waited about 1 1/2 hours to see Dr Thinda and we felt rushed through his appointment. We finally saw Dr Thinda and he recommended treatment for my wife. He didn’t know the amount of time my wife could not breastfeed after Valium so he did a quick google search. He left the room and came back without a definite answer. Mistake.
