Very polite staff. Even though there was a family ahead of me I was out with my contacts in an efficient manner. They even made sure I knew how to take care of them before I left.

The Doctor is kind and efficient, however the receptionist comes across as rude and unwilling to be helpful. She makes you feel unwelcome.
They turn you away if you have a baby with you. Receptionist was rude. Even if you have a carrier it doesn't matter because "babies cry"
