oh my god what a mess. Went in to have lens put in my new frame. They took my old glasses and the new ones leaving me blind for and hour. Then they put the lenses in the wrong frame. The manager tells me we have to take back their mistake. 0 customer service after spending $250 they want their mistake back to fix it and put frames in the glasses I paid them to do. Definitely reversing the charge on my card since they did not provide the service they were contracted to do. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST.
The staff deserves 5-Stars hands down. I am a truck driver based out of IL and lost my glasses in transit. Because I am required to wear corrective lens my company would not allow me to take a truck until I secured replacement lens. They took me as a walk-in and completed the exam within an 1hr. Helped me pick out some great glasses and had me out the door and back driving in less than 2hrs. Thanks to the whole team at the Springfield location.
This team is awesome. I am a truck driver and am required to wear glasses and some how lost my glasses in transit. I called the office and they accepted walk-in's. They were so pleasant to work with and made me feel like I had been a regular client. They got me back on the road with 2hrs with 2 new pair of glasses. Thanks team!!!
