They could hire friendlier receptionists. I just drove from New Mexico-\-\during the pandemic-\-\to Austin for my annual appointment here. They called me a few hours before my appointment today to confirm the appointment and to ask the basic Covid questions. RecommendedThis place is so great! I have been going there for over 10 years. Dr. Smith is caring and takes time to answer all my questions and concerns. The entire staff is friendly and goes above and beyond. I saw an on call dr today and he was so thorough and accommodating to have to be out on a Saturday to help me. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

Dr. Todd Smith is great!! Well run office.
Dr. Todd Smith has been my optamologist for at least 10 years! He listens to what you have to say and treats you like a family member. My husband had his cataract surgery with him and Dr. Smith and his staff were amazing!
Five stars for Dr Todd Smith at Eye Institute. Excellent and through in examinations and advice. Highly recommend him.
