Very disappointed with this office. I am not the patient but am a patients transportation. The dr is excellent and very thorough but the staff needs a makeover. Every time we go, we are told they have gotten a new system and still working out the kinks. Several times, we have received calls to reschedule in fact, today’s appointment was 12:30 and we were called Friday to reschedule for 1:30. We get here today and told our appointment was 12:30. Played the voicemail on speaker and was still asked by the tech if we were suppos... read more

Plan on waiting an hour — this greedy doctor packs his schedule and has no respect for how long a patient has to wait.

I don't recommend this location. When I asked to be a new patient of Dr. Balyeat, due to a medical eye emergency, I was told, "[I] need a referral." When I asked for management to confirm this, I was put on the line with an arrogant female. When I asked her if she was the manager, she used a play of words to make me believe she was the manager (something along the lines of, "I work for Dr. Balyeat, yes, "'How may I help you?'").
