I'm visiting from Middletown, OH and woke on Friday morning with a severe burst blood vessel in my right eye that worsened as the day wore on. After much searching my friend and I found this place. The receptionist was very nice; when she saw my eye she got the doctor to come look at it. He assured me that it was ok and should go away in a few days but if it worsened to return. It was super kind and excellent patient care.
I was referred here with an appointment scheduled. I live over an hour away and am pregnant, so driving out here takes a lot. I made it all the way to the area and had to call because i couldn’t find the office. I was informed that they were not actually going to see me and needed to be referred elsewhere. I never received a call stating this. I wasted gas, time, and energy coming here. Horrible people to do that to anybody.
