Very disappointing experience. We waited for over an hour for the eye exam, and while we were still waiting, someone who had just arrived was allowed to be examined before us. This felt unfair and was very frustrating, especially after such a long wait. I hope Progressive Eye Exam can improve how appointments and waiting times are managed.

NO, NO, NO! I made appointments for myself and my mom earlier in the week, they said that they would text me the forms to fill out online. I did not receive them, so I called about 2:15 to confirm our appointments, they were a little huffy that I had not filled out the patient paperwork online, I said that I never received them.
