Very patient with kids and great service overall.
First time wearing contacts… I went in to be fitted and they told me they were going to order my contacts. I received a pair of contacts in store and I was told it was a trial pair. I notified them they didn’t fit well and she stated i just had to get use to them. When my contacts came in 3 weeks later, I was still having problems with them. They were blurry. I went To see Dr. John marcev Due to having chemical conjunctivitis In my eyes. I have missed work because I have been unable to see fully. My work does not accept doctors excuses, And told me I needed to have my physician to fill out a medical leave of absence paperwork to cover my absences. John’s exact words were “ Not my job and not my problem.” He knew that my job would be in jeopardy if I was unable to get this paperwork completed because he could not see me on Monday.
