I hope you see this. Dr. Klufas is the best optometrist. I genuinely believe she saved my eye from a possible retinal detachment. I didn’t even know what that was. It would’ve been terrible.But she helped me to get a laser fix for a retinal tear. I would not have known otherwise. And even one more day would’ve been detrimental. I thank her endlessly 😊

had one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had in a long time. I scheduled an appointment online, received an email confirmation, filled out all required medical forms in advance, and took the afternoon off work. When I arrived, the doctor said, “Oh, that wasn’t me, that was them.” No explanation of who “them” was. Another employee was sitting at his desk and didn’t even look up. No one apologized. Not once. Wonderful experience. She was very nice, informative, and attentive. Best optometrist experience!
