Extremely pleased and impressed with Dr Patel! He is professional and approachable. He answered all my questions in understandable terms. Very informative about maintaining good eye care. Very clean and comfortable . Matilda,the receptionist, is very pleasnt. Looking for great eye care, this is the place!
Dr. Patel is great, he really takes his time to talk to you and make sure your comfortable with everything. I just wish the Customer Service side of the office ran as well. Had to wait 5 weeks to get frames repaired under warranty. The only comment from Cathy was that she called the rep and he said parts were on backorder and should be in around the first of December (that would be 6 weeks). Expecting a customer to go without glasses for 5 or 6 weeks is unaccepted and I feel some type of option should have been offered. I ha... read more
