Truelove didn't finish my exam and deflected any blame for messing up my prescription, including onto me for having prisms in my glasses. Extremely unprofessional. Don't come to her if you have a more complicated prescription. She doesn't know how to handle it and will treat you poorly for asking for proper care
Hadn't been here in a few years, scheduled an appointment, had to reschedule it due to "unforseen circumstances"-ok no problem, I know a thing or two about unforseen circumstances. Get to the appointment early as they requested, they're running a good 30-40 minutes behind on appointment times-all good still, I know some folks show up late & make everything else run late.
