I was taken quite quickly but had to wait quite a while to see the doctor.the elevator rarely works and the offices are old and tired.
What a great experience at this practice. Everyone on the team so friendly and professional. It’s a busy office so arrive ahead of time. Dr. Schorr provided excellent service and advice. Highly recommend.
It was great being reunited under the care of Dr. Kim! We have a plan, as he involves his patients in the decisional process. In the interest of being helpful, when querying military-related personnel for their Tricare Card; rather ask for their Military ID which contains necessary information (benefits number) on the backside. Service personnel never, if ever, refer to their military ID as a Tricare Card. This is only a suggestion, clear communication is the point. Wonderful service and professionalism.
