This is the worst place to visit a doctor in Lancaster. They are rude and obnoxious and humiliate you as a customer. The person checking me in to have the eye exam (M) (not the check in desk) was extremely rude. I do not know how she is able to get away with her attitude towards a customer and I am unsure if Dr. Sanford C. Frisch knows about this prior to a patient seeing him. rudest front staff ever. waiting over 2 hours for a check up appt. ridiculous. took over for hour to Dr to come into room
Doctor ok staff is not. Waited over a week for a call back called again and the person didn't call me back. Then went to schedule surgery and I was 15 minutes late because of traffic backup. I waited 20 minutes then they called someone who got there 10 minutes after me. I waited another 35 minutes then canceled because of the staff.
Wait time to see the doctor is terrible. Staff seems unconcerned to inform anyone how later they're running.
the only reason why I won't go to see there doctors because when you speak different language and then they don't even care about the patients who are seeking help but they don't have time to explain everything

I had an appt with Dr. Shaw for the first time this week. He will be doing Cataract surgery for me in March. I was very glad I went to the office. Very impressed. He took the time to explain the procedure to me and was very through at my visit. The staff is nice and the facility looks great. Thank-you Dr. Shaw for going above and beyond. I am very grateful.
What a great office!!! Everything is so clean and everybody that works there is friendly and always has a smile on their face!! Thank you so much Dr. Jones!!
