Be very cautious when dealing with anyone other than the owners. Employee was asked to adjust my frame and she cracked the lens. They will take no responsibility to fix what they break if the frames are out of warrantee. You are better off taking your business to one of the big box stores.

Hi Steve ! I have read your recent public post in regards to being unable to replace the glasses that were damaged in an attempt to adjust them. We would like to provide a credit of $200.00 towards new frames and perform an exam @ no charge, so you can have an updated prescription; the only part we cannot do is provide the lenses, you will need to purchase the lenses from the lab (at a discount) which will additionally provide you with a new warranty.
