RecommendedBeautiful optical and fantastic staff
thorough from beginning to end. I got new contact lenses because the old prescription was way off...I thought i had to live with sub par vision as I'm not getting any younger. With the right doctor, I got the right prescription and the right contacts and glasses with very helpful people. Never felt like I was being "sold" anything. I see so much better now...and am glad to support a local office rather than chain. Costs are quite similar frankly. thank you!

Horrible customer service, one employee says one thing when another says a different thing. Was told my glasses were under warranty and I just needed to buy lenses, when I came back to buy my lenses they said my glasses were never under warranty. Didn’t do anything to try to help, just overall bad service. Would not recommend.

Dr. Potter and her staff are all extremely patient, thorough, caring and professional. Dr. Potter takes the time necessary to make sure a prescription is accurate, regardless of how long that takes. You are treated with individual care, not like other optometry businesses that rush you from start to finish. I trust Dr. Potter and her staff and will never go elsewhere for my optometry needs. Go there yourself, you'll see what I mean!

I received the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. Dr. Potter remembered me even though she only had met me once before my recent visit. I am grateful to Dr. Potter because she suspected glaucoma and the eye specialist confirmed this. The doctor did not rush me during the eye exam and was very patient and pleasant.
