After more than a month of back and forth and $500+ I’m still not totally satisfied with my prescription, but don’t feel like I can get more help. Had an appointment and ordered glasses about a month and a half ago, got upsold to Poly Lenses. Got the glasses 2 weeks later, turns out I’m Polynonadaptive (my eyes can’t properly adjust to the material). The staff is friendly and welcoming and Dr.Annie Bacon has got to be one of the best at what she does. Eye health and vision exams are very reasonably priced. You really can't go wrong here.
Dr. Annie makes you feel relaxed and at ease, and her staff is the friendliest staff you'll meet! I needed to get contacts and my glasses fixed quickly and they were able to accommodate and provided some tips for a quicker process. I am so happy with Eye Department!
Dr. Annie is really smart, honest, caring and passionate about what she does. What more could you want in a doctor?
AWESOME - so happy I found this place, SO much better than the generic Costco or large eye office care. Taking my little one in next week for her first eye exam and I know Dr Annie will take great care of her!
