I went in for a simple fix of my glasses a screw fell out holding my lens in so I went to ask a them if they could fix it and they said yes after fixing the glasses they ask me for just over $8 for the screw and a fee for them to install it I will never go there for any glasses or service I ever need.
Very friendly and helpful clinic. Dr Ash has helped me with my eye health and follow up care. Very knowledgeable and professional. I have moved out of Edmonton and am very sorry and torn to leave this clinic.
If I could give a no star I would. Eventide I call to get anything from them it's like I'm bothering them to do their job. I find most of the staff to be condescending and rude. One tried to sell me womans glasses and then argued with me when I told her. I get it of you didn't know but why argue with your customers.
