Loyal customer/patient for over 15 years and they would not order me a replacement contact lens because I am 1 month overdue for an eye exam. I told them I really cant see out of one eye and asked them to order it now, do the eye exam when it came in, and I would order another set on the remote chance my prescription changed and they said absolutely not.
