I was impressed with Dr. Kim and her knowledge of Optometry. In addition to having perfect people skills she explains everything so I can understand the complete exam. The front desk staff seemed very busy and not as welcoming as I would have preferred and seemed to struggle a little in getting the correct insurance information. Katie, who so wonderfully and thoroughly assisted me in frame selection, made the process informative, detailed and smooth. She is a valued asset. Doctor Kim and her team were outstanding. I felt like my vision was in excellent and professional hands, plus everyone listened when I explained my allergy to tropicamide. They could safely exam my retina without dilation. An absolute win. Thank you to Dr. Kim.
