Their return policy is awful. They had zero sympathy for the fact that I was told I needed a new prescription by a doctor in Milwaukee and spent close to $400 on glasses at Eye contact, only to find out from a paid visit with Dr. Nelson my prescription hadn't changed after all. Since I don't have the money to spend on glasses to make a fashion statement, I asked to return them. They could only refund me $90 for a frame and 50% in store credit for the lenses. Lens Crafters takes glasses back no questions asked!
