If you have an appointment there, clear your day. The wait times are ridiculous. The staff is friendly though.
The website says walk-ins are welcome (for the glasses shop). When I arrived they told me I need an appointment. I pointed out that the website says otherwise and I drove 1.5 hours and there were no customers being helped. I don’t mind waiting. But I was turned away, so my family is now someone else’s customers.
I love all the people that work there. However I have an HSA account with an $8000 deductible. It takes a bit to pay through that. But I have been told if I don't do it quick enough they will cancel me as a patient. Obviously those in charge care nothing about the patients. Only money. So I'm thinking I will go elsewhere.
Never had a bad experience at my appointments and the Dr was always nice. However I missed one appointment out of the few years I’ve been going here and received a letter to reschedule. I called multiple times with no answer so just left a voicemail with my information in hopes for a call back to make the appointment. Never received a call back, tried to call again a few more times, still no answers. Then received another letter stating I’d basically be let go as a patient if I fail to reschedule within a week.
