They do not value the patients time. Bounced around 3 rooms for testing being shoved into a waiting room for each. They take their sweet time and don’t care. The patient care is terrible, no bedside manner so to speak. Will be looking elsewhere.
Bill in the Optical Dept is fantastic. He is so knowledgeable & explains everything patiently and calmly. I never felt rushed (I did have an appointment) and after trying on every frame in the dept, four family members were thrilled with their glasses and sunglasses purchases. Amanda in the Contact Lens Dept is also knowledgeable, responsive and efficient. Thanks to the optical team for a great experience!
I like my doctor, but this place is filthy. They need a new cleaning crew things should be sterile not looking up and having clumps of dirt on all of the vents the floor was the chair you sit in was disgusting but I did get a call and they said they would take care of it so we shall see when I go back from my other appointment.
