I like my doctor, but this place is filthy. They need a new cleaning crew things should be sterile not looking up and having clumps of dirt on all of the vents the floor was the chair you sit in was disgusting but I did get a call and they said they would take care of it so we shall see when I go back from my other appointment.
While I waited, what I considered a longer than normal time, that was okay because I was able to book an appointment the day of, because of an eye emergency I was dealing with that I knew no urgent care would be able to take care of. The atmosphere is nice and has some office plants. They offer eye protection for dilated eyes if you need it when you leave. I visited the eyeglass part of the practice to get a new prescription of lenses put in new glasses. I believe it was Bill but it was the most professional and informative session I've ever had with glasses and reasonably priced.
This place is amazing!! Dr. Diane Dingman and the Admin Assistant, Amanda Emrich were so kind and helpful!! This is best place in the East!! They Rock!!
