Had to wait almost 45 minutes to be seen. No explanation why it took so long. This was not normal for this office. The rest of the appointment went well. The medical staff is professional, knowledgeable and sympathetic.
I have been struggling with dry eyes for awhile. Dr Shifrin recommended eye drops and ointment to combat the dryness. I got my concerns addressed. Thanks!
My wife and I were almost immediately escorted to the treatment area after checkin. Doctor came in shortly and conducted ann exam and explained the results and what suggestions of things he felt she needed . Our appointment was quick and we felt comfortable with the exam and results. Great service overall.
